Crazy, Sexy, Delicious!

I feel better, my skin is clearing up, my mind is clearer, and slowly I’m getting my energy back–all from a week of eating only crazy sexy foods! It’s had such a positively profound change on my family’s health that I bought extra copies!

Kris and Chef Chad don’t take an eat like us or we’ll send the vegan mafia – kind of approach (you know the ones…) Once you taste the goodness and freshness of each meal you’ll be inspired to make more. No book has ever made me want to wake up and drink a green smoothie!

This was my first introduction to Kris Carr (I live under a rock:) and her energy and passion can be felt on every page.  Plus she has lavishly cool pink hair and sparkly pink headphones – a true goddess!  It felt like I had a friend in the kitchen who brought some fabulous recipes to make while we chatted about what’s good in the world!  Yes, i talk to my books:)
